WHAT IS DERMAPLANING?

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive method of skin rejuvenation that removes peach fuzz and dead skin creating a healthy glow. This process is extremely effective for the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, and hyper pigmentation. Dermaplaning is a great alternative to a chemical peel or microdermabrasion treatment or it can be used before in conjunction with those treatments to give you a longer lasting, even glow.

hOW oFTEN DO YOU NEED TO COME IN?

Results are instant. You can add on dermaplaning (oil-planing)  to any service before or as a stand alone treatment. Dermaplaning (oil-planing) should be done every 4-6 weeks for best results.

BENEFITS OF DERMAPLANING:

Will the treatment hurt?

The treatment is painless and relaxing

Will my vellus hair grow back in thicker?

It is physiologically impossible for thin vellous hair to grow back in thicker.

Why we offer Oil-planing vs regular dermaplaning

Oil-planing is a version of dermaplaning that requires Applying a light amount of oil to the skin before a deep exfoliation and removal of the Vellus hair will give a smooth barrier, which helps to prevent over drying and sensitizing the face.
